Sarah is my daughter’s name, Dar is Moroccan Arabic and means house.
Our riad stands for family, community, love, openness and sharing. We share with you our love for our country, our food, and our culture.
We aim to make you feel as comfortable as if you had always been at home here.
We have grown up in different cultures, a Moroccan extended family, as well as in German order, structure and precision, and French enjoyment, with our feet on the African earth. We are a colorful mix, everyone is welcome here.

My name is Saida, I love life, people, and spoiling my guests from all over the world with great food.
Growing up in Morocco, I learned my mother’s traditional cooking as a child. I have always loved bringing my ideas into my cooking and creating completely new recipes. Having spent many years in Germany and the influence of French culture in my home country, I would describe my cuisine as healthy, delicious, and multicultural.
Let me indulge you, whether vegan, vegetarian, fish, or meat, everyone gets their money’s worth with me.
